Satsang Yoga is a form of Hatha yoga that draws from the ancient branches of Tantra, Raja, Jnana, Bakti Yoga and Ayurveda. Satsang Yoga combines both technical postural alignment with organic movement based from the breath. The basis of our philosophy is that spiritual and creative inspiration are the same. This philosophy encourages each individual to reawaken their unique expression of truth, spirit, and creativity.
Take the journey further and expand, deepen and add upon what you experienced in the 200 hour Satsang Transformational Teacher Training. The 300-hour Satsang Yoga Transformational Teacher Training program takes you on the next steps to discovering your most authentic passion for Yoga and strengthening the connection to your uniquely personal inner and outer voice. Through intimate self-knowledge as well as in-depth study of the body systems and alignment in asana, learn to see others more accurately, learn to assess, relate, and help students and yourself to find healing, balance, and creativity on the deepest level.
Satsang yoga defines the highest role of a teacher as a guide to help others to remove the blockages to healthy and lasting relationships within themselves and the world around them.
This 300-hour advanced level program gives you the tools to continue working on yourself,
live in your truth, and ultimately continue to share these tools you have learned with your
tudents from your most expressive and genuine heart.
Successful completion of this level of training is the prerequisite for the Satsang Yoga
Therapeutic Teacher Training and Wellness Certification being offered in 2009.
